  • Oatmeal (uncooked)– ¼ cup
  • Avocado (mashed)– ½
  • Apple Cider Vinegar– 1 tsp
  • Honey– 2 tsp
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Mash avocado and mix it with other ingredients to make a smooth paste. Apply it on the skin for 20 minutes. Rinse with water and pat dry.

Precautions

  1. Do not let the face pack get into your eyes.
  2. Do not go out in the sun after application of a face mask having turmeric as one of the ingredients.
  3. Try incorporating cooked meal as dry oatmeal can make the skin rough and dry.
  4. Use organic oatmeal.
  5. Perform a patch test before application of any mask to check if it is suitable for your skin.
  6. Oatmeal benefits the skin, but regular application of the mask may make the skin very sensitive.
  7. If the results are not visible in a week, consult a doctor.
